The Argentina 50 Pesos Banknote is a 2015 special issue that commemorates the defense of national sovereignty over the Malvinas Islands (Falklands), South Georgia. Its obverse side features maps of Malvinas Islands and South America and the denomination in gold-to-green SPARK. The reverse side features Antonio El Gaucho Rivero on horseback and holding the Argentine flag; with a graveyard and a modern warship in the background. This note is 155 x 65 mm in size and is equipped with a Holographic windowed security thread.
